Roman Reigns Says Daniel Bryan Should Thank Him After WWE SmackDown

Roman Reigns had a big night against Daniel Bryan on Friday Night SmackDown this week. The work didn’t end for the Tribal Chief at all, and another day just means more grinding.

The Universal Champion sent out a message to his Twitter followers on Saturday morning while he was putting in work in the gym. Cardio is never fun, but Reigns knows what is needed to remain the Head of the Table.

Reigns wanted to remind everyone that he’s “already putting in the work” just a few hours removed from when he “achieved greatness once again.” He continued to say that everyone should be thanking him right now, including Daniel Bryan.

“Sitting here doing this cardio, I realized the whole world should be thanking me. Daniel Bryan, you should be thanking me, bro, for two different reasons. I’m a man of my word. I did what I set out to do. Not only that, but I gave the audience what they need, I got rid of you, I’m driving us forward, I’m getting rid of the future, getting rid of the old.”

Roman Reigns then spoke about how Daniel Bryan kept saying that he needs to go through a new door. Reigns asked, “what better way to go through a new door when the old one hits you in the ass?” Roman Reigns certainly made his point in a big way.
