AEW Reportedly Close To Signing Tessa Blanchard & Daga

Tessa Blanchard has not made a television return in any capacity since she was released from Impact Wrestling as their World Champion. There were also plenty of allegations about her backstage bullying at the time, and one instance of her using the N-word. That left a bad look for many fans. It’s still interesting that Tessa Blanchard hasn’t appeared anywhere else yet.

Daga and Blanchard were married recently and it seems that the married couple are talking to the same company. According to SE Scoops, the couple has been talking to AEW for over a month now and the deal is considered all but signed.

One source close to the situation tells us that it’s “all but a formality” until they are signed.

It is interesting that Tessa Blanchard hasn’t ended up in another pro wrestling company yet. We’ll have to see if AEW finally locks her into a deal.

As Ringside News exclusively reported, there is no movement on WWE’s side about bringing in Tessa Blanchard. They are well aware that she is available, but they haven’t made an overture her way.
