MVP has not been wrestling for the past couple of months. He leads Bobby Lashley to the ring while using a cane now. It’s a good look for MVP, but that cane is due to a knee injury.

WWE Espanol interviewed MVP recently where he shared an update on his knee injury. He said that they will try another procedure on his knee to see if it works before going in for a full surgery. Hopefully, this next treatment does the trick.

“As many of you know, my knee has been bothering me for some time now. I injured it a few months ago in the ring and while it’s better, it hasn’t healed yet. We’ve been trying to avoid surgery. We’re gonna try one more procedure and if it still doesn’t work, then I might have to get some minor arthroscopic surgery for the knee. But, not yet. We’re still gonna try another treatment first.”

MVP fired back at reports that he saw a surgeon. Obviously, he wants to avoid going under the knife, especially at this stage of his career. MVP has a ton to give the pro wrestling business, both behind the scenes and in the ring. That knee issue is certainly keeping him from achieving more right now.
