Chris Jericho Brags That He’s The Reason Why AEW Dynamite Got 1.2 Million Viewers

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite was the first episode of the show to not have direct competition with NXT and the results spoke for themselves as the show garnered 1.2 million viewers.

While fans knew there would be a rise in ratings after NXT moved to Tuesdays, no one guessed it was going to be such a huge surge in ratings.

The show had a stacked card which featured an AEW Tag Team Titles match and a TNT Championship match. It seems Chris Jericho decided to comment on AEW’s success as well.

The self-proclaimed Demo God took to Twitter and took sole credit for the spike in ratings.

We will have to see if AEW will consistently garner such ratings or if it was simply a one-time thing.
