When WWE Made Decision On Adding Daniel Bryan To WrestleMania Main Event

Daniel Bryan turned the planned WrestleMania 37 main event into a triple threat match. This was not the orginal plan for the match, but The Tribal Chief was always slated to win at the show of shows.

According to Fightful Select, WWE made the call to add Daniel Bryan to the WrestleMania match over a month ago. The idea was well received and they went with it, setting it in stone at Fastlane.

The decision to add Daniel Bryan was a discussion for well over a month before it happened, but was only set in stone to some of the talent the week of Fastlane.

We have yet to see how the chips will fall on the blue brand after WrestleMania. This is a very interesting time for WWE as they can sometimes re-stack the deck, so to speak. We’ll have to see what happens with Daniel Bryan and Edge after Roman Reigns pinned both of them at the same time at Mania.
