Finn Balor Is Excited About Watching WrestleMania As A Fan This Year

Finn Balor has been featured on WrestleMania cards in the past. His return to NXT saw him pick up their top title and he remains the NXT Champion. Balor is focused on Karrion Kross during the second night of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, but he also can’t wait for WrestleMania.

While speaking to ITN WWE, Finn Balor was asked about which WrestleMania match he is looking forward to. He is very excited to see Drew McIntyre vs Bobby Lashley. He is also looking forward to watching WrestleMania as a fan after he gets TakeOver out of the way.

“The top picks at WrestleMania for me it’s a friendship born out of a feud with Bobby Lashley that I think we build a lot of mutual respect with each other. And so I’m very excited to see how his match with Drew McIntyre goes. But really, for me, I’m just focusing on the match with Karrion Kross at TakeOver. Once I have that out of the way, I think I’ll be able to sit back as a fan and enjoy WrestleMania, both nights. But right now, I’m very much focused on what I have to do.”

We will have to see whether Finn Balor is watching WrestleMania as NXT Champion. Either way, he’s not booked for he show of shows. Finn Balor could very well get called back to the main roster, but he has more than proven his value to the black and gold brand in the past year.
