It’s Monday night and that means a brand new episode of WWE RAW for March 29th, and Ringside News has you covered with live play-by-play results coverage.

Start time for WWE RAW is at 8:00 PM EST. Match-by-match highlights and results from the show will take place on this very page. Feel free to leave any reactions in the comment section below.

We’re barrelling headlong towards WrestleMania and WWE TV is really heating up. We pretty much know the cards for both nights of WrestleMania at this point, but there’s still some building and brewing to be done. One such example is a contract signing between newest RAW roster member, Rhea Ripley, and the RAW Women’s Champion, Asuka. While neither women are powerhouses on the microphone, both are fantastic in the ring and this is one that has fans very excited.

Last week Bobby Lashley was so angry with The Hurt Business that he turned to the WWE locker room and issued a bounty on Drew McIntyre. Lashley told anyone who was willing to listen that he wanted Drew McIntyre taken out ahead of WrestleMania, and he’ll pay whoever gets it done. So the next two weeks could be very dangerous for the Scottish Warrior.

The only other segment we know ahead of tonight’s show is a one-on-one, non-title bout between Riddle and Sheamus. Last week Sheamus hit Riddle with his stallion and now it seems like this is the U.S Championship feud heading into ‘Mania. Both men aren’t afraid to thrown down, so we can expect some hard-hitting matches.

That’s all we know about tonight’s RAW but we can expect more from Randy Orton, Alexa Bliss, and The Fiend, The New Day and AJ Styles and Omos, as well as the possible fallout of Retribution. We want to know what you’re thinking ahead of tonight’s RAW and your temperature heading into WrestleMania. So sound off below, hit that refresh button, and enjoy!

RAW

This week’s WWE RAW opens with a video of Drew McIntyre walking into the arena earlier today – wearing an entire Scotland outfit no less – and he’s stopped for an interview. McIntyre is asked about Lashley putting a bounty on him and he says he has no idea what’s going to happen but he wants the guys to think about something. Number one, is Lashley good for his offer? And number two, if they come after him they can expect a good old fashioned Scottish ass-kicking.

The Hurt Business make their way to the ring. MVP says he has an official announcement. We’re less than two weeks away from WrestleMania and they want to reiterate their proposition; if anyone can take out Drew before WrestleMania they will get that opportunity. MVP says not to mistake this business deal as weakness or fear, they merely feel like McIntyre has had his chance. MVP opens the floor to anyone who wants to accept the offer right now but nobody answers. MVP says he thought as much, but let’s tlak about the fact that Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander won’t be at ringside at WrestleMania.

Lashley says they had a perfect opportunity to take Drew out but they failed. And they lost the RAW Tag Team Titles to boot, they’re becoming an embarassment. He can’t count on them and that’s why he’s had to outsource. He worked too long and hard to get to where he is and he refuses to associate with incompetence. MVP says Lashley is right and gives Shelton and Cedric a chance to speak. Neither of them are happy and Shelton says if it wasn’t for them Lashley wouldn’t be the WWE Champion. MVP gets between them and Benjamin knocks him back, so Lashley hits Cedric. Shelton throws Lashley but the All Mighty comes back and batters Shelton. Alexander is on the floor and Lashley prevents him from coming inside before kicking Shelton out of the ring. Lashley grabs the microphone and says The Hurt Business is dead.

Riddle is wheeling around backstage on the stallion but he’s stopped for an interview. Riddle says he just wanted to talk to Sheamus and he doesn’t know why he attacked him, maybe he was having a tummy ache. Regardless, he pissed him off and Riddle doesn’t like being pissed off. He says it’s like opening a new bag of Dorito’s and the first one hits the floor. Riddle notices Titus O’Neil and rolls up to talk to him. Riddle tells him he should roast a pig in the ring at WrestleMania and Titus checks to make sure Riddle isn’t concussed. Riddle rolls off but Sheamus attacks him and says he’ll see him in the ring.

Later tonight we will get the debut of The Miz and John Morrison’s new music video. Also Shane McMahon is promising an exposé on Braun Strowman.

Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin are walking backstage, furious, and they stop Adam Pearce. They shout at him that Lashley would be nothing without them and they want to prove that tonight, so Shelton wants Lashley one-on-one. Pearce says he needs to consults Lashley and Cedric tells him to “grow a sack”.

Riddle Vs. Sheamus

The match gets underway and they lock-up and struggle for control. Riddle takes the back and tries to get Sheamus down to the mat but the Irishman clobbers him and backs him into the corner. Sheamus clubs Riddle in the corner then hits a side headlock takeover and grinds Riddle into the mat. Riddle tries to fight up but Sheamus hits him, then bounces off the ropes but Riddle leaps onto him and applies a sleeper. Sheamus falls down for a moment but gets back up with Riddle on his back and slams him into the buckles.

Sheamus delivers some elbows in the corner, then a short-arm clothesline. Riddle fights back and delivers some stiff kicks and punches, then dropkicks Sheamus out of the ring. Riddle goes to the apron and kicks Sheamus in the chest, then springboards off the ropes with a floating bro to Sheamus and both men are down on the floor.

*Commercial Break*

We return to find Sheamus raking Riddle’s face and ripping his cheeks apart. Riddle starts firing back and hits the ropes but Sheamus lands a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Sheamus hits Riddle in the back a few times and berates him, saying he’s a disgrace to the U.S Championship. Sheamus gets Riddle on his shoulders and drags him to the top rope. Riddle flips over Sheamus, looking for a sunset flip but the Celtic Warrior holds on. Sheamus knocks Riddle back but the Champion quickly jumps back up and hits a super belly-to-belly and both men are down. Riddle lands some strikes and a Pele kick, then kips-up and lands some running forearms in the corner.

Riddle lands a T-Bone suplex, followed by some kicks to the chest, then a big kick and a Broton for a near-fall. Riddle goes to a triangle choke and Sheamus struggles to get free but he lifts Riddle up and powerbombs him. Sheamus rolls to the apron and Riddle goes after but Sheamus hits White Noise, then drags him back in for a near-fall. Sheamus lifts Riddle and hits an Alabama Slam for another near-fall. Sheamus wants the Brogue Kick but as he’s roaring Riddle hits a knee and a roll-up for two. Riddle then swings for a kick but Sheamus catches it, kicks him, then knees him in the head for the win.

Winner: Sheamus

As Sheamus is posing on the ropes after the match, Riddle knocks him off to the floor and tells him they’re not done.

We see a replay of the recent goings-ons between Shane McMahon and Braun Strowman. Shane is walking backstage with Elias and Jaxson Ryker. They’re stopped for an interview and Shane says he can’t give anything away about tonight, but he can says we’re going to find out some enligthening things.

*Commercial Break*

Drew McIntyre is walking backstage but stops beside AJ Styles and Omos. Drew says there’s no way he would turn his back on them because they would never turn down an offer from Lashley. Styles says Bobby is clearly in his head and they have bigger fish to fry. Styles says they’re more concerned with embarssing New Day at WrestleMania but he’s sure their paths will cross sooner rather than later.

Shane McMahon is in the ring with Elias and Jaxson Ryker. Shane says he wants to address the fact that people thought his running last week meant he isn’t injured but those people obviously don’t understand anatomy. His adrenaline kicked-in and allowed him to escape Braun, so that he could face and defeat him at WrestleMania. Well in the past week he took some time to take a look into Braun’s past and it’s not good. Shane brings up Braun’s report card on the screen and shows he scored D- in every subject, then reads comments from the teachers who say Braun was dumb and violent. We see a photoshopped picture of Braun wearing a dunce cap. They say he’s obviously not bright and that’s not his fault, so maybe he just wants a hug from them.

Strowman’s music hits and he comes stomping tdown to the ring. Shane dances around the ring until Braun gets inside, at which point Shane and Elias leave. Braun faces Jaxson Ryker after the break.

*Commercial Break*

Braun Strowman Vs. Jaxson Ryker W/Elias & Shane McMahon

The bell rings and Braun just boots Ryker back into the corner, then throws him across the ring. Another biel across the ring, then Braun rolls out and chases after Shane who runs away. Braun gets back inside and beats Ryker in the corner. Strowman headbutts Jaxson, then Shane gets on the apron to distract him and Ryker attacks Braun from behind.

Ryker hits a chopblock and a basement bulldog. Ryker goes to the middle rope and jumps for an axe handle but Strowman boots him. Jaxson rolls out and Braun goes out to run around and tackle Ryker as train sounds play in the ThunderDome. Braun then lifts Ryker and stares at Shane before hitting the running powerslam for the win.

Winner: Braun Strowman

As soon as the match ends Braun chases after Shane until Elias attacks the monster. Elias and Sahen then double-team Strowman and beat him down until Braun throws them both off and McMahon runs up the ramp. Braun gets on the microphone and says he didn’t forget that Shane accepted his challenge to a match and said any stipulation. Well, he’s been thinking and he’s made up his mind. Shane’s been ducking and dodging for weeks but at WrestleMania he’ll have nowhere to run inside a steel cage!

*Commercial Break*

The Miz and John Morrison are in the ring for an episode of The Dirt Sheet. Morrison and Miz welcome us to the show and pimp their new song and how great they are. Miz says Bad Bunny was nomindated for a VMA last year but he didn’t win, Morrison says he did win a Grammy however and Miz is annoyed. As for what happened last week, Miz thought he made it clear he didn’t belong in WWE but then he attacked him with the guitar and it’s just bad taste. Miz says he plans on exacting revenge for every shred of disrespect and splinter of wood in his back. We then get the world premiere of the newest music video, ‘Hey Hey, Hop Hop’.

After the very long video, Damian Priest and Bad Bunny come down the ramp. Priest says they enjoyed the music video and Bunny says it was entertaining. Priest says he’s glad Mizz found the time to screw around because at WrestleMania Bad Bunny will man-handle him. Bunny the speaks in Spanish and Priest translates “he said at WrestleMania he’s going to make you his bitch.” Miz and Morrison hop out of the ring and Priest stands in front of them and Miz says Bunny is afraid, so priest steps aside and Bunny punches Miz. Priest and Bunny get in the ring and Bunny destroys the Dirt Sheet set.

Randy Orton is backstage and he says he’s had the opporunity to share the ring with some of the all-time greats, from Ric Flair to Hulk Hogan, Shawn Micahels to The Undertaker but none of them compare to The Fiend. He went to new depths to defeat The Feind and he watched him burn. But in his hatred he forgot that The Fiend is not a man, he’s a demon from Hell. He thought Alexa Bliss’ premonitions were just games but now he knows Alexa had his heart in her hands and she could bring him back whenever. And that’s fine because now he knows what he’s up against. And now he knows at WrestleMania he will be standing across the ring from a sadistic freak but lucky for him they’re cut from the same cloth. At WrestleMania he knows exactly what depths he needs to sink to to kill The Fiend.

Bobby Lashley Vs. Shelton Benjamin W/Cedric Alexander

The bell ring and Shelton storms Lashley who’s busy talking to MVP. Shelton beats Lashley around the ring and takes him down by the waist. Lashley uses his strength to get up but Benjamin takes him back down and delivers some knees to the ribs. Lashley counters Benjamin and hits a reverse STO, then unloads some ground-and-pound. Shelton rolls from the ring and Lashley goes out to lift and run him head-first into the ring post. Back inside the ring Lashley shoulder tackles Shelton in the corner.

Cedric Alexander tries to swipe Lashley’s feet but the All Mighy gets angry and jumps out of the ring. Cedric runs up the ramp to get away and Lashley slowly goes back into the ring, only for Benjamin to hit Paydirt for a near-fall. Shelton and Lashley trade right hands until Benjamin forces him into the corner. Benjamin connects with a two huge running knees to the jaw but Lashley comes right back with a one-handed spinebuster. Lashley punches Benjamin hard, then hits another spinebuster. The WWE Champion applies the Hurt Lock and Shelton taps.

Kofi says the point of this is to prove, once and for all, who is the better team. Woods says the first games of the night is charades and they go first. Woods guesses correctly as Kofi mimed a Vanessa Carlton song. Styles then attempts The Lion King but Omos doesn’t even try.

Round two of game night is pictionary and Woods draws a rocket ship and Kofi gets it right. Styles then draws the sun but Omos again doesn’t even speak. New Day celebrate until Omos yells at them to stop. Omos says he doesn’t care baout games, he just wants to get to WrestleMania and show them what he’s capable of. AJ parrots Omos and says he’s gonna show Woods right now what he’s capable of and New Day make fun of him.

*Commercial Break*

We’re in Alexa’s Playground and she’s holding the Jack-In-The-Box. She says it’s no ordinary toy. Alexa says they used to be called a Devil-In-The Box, centuries ago, and even had incantations engraved on them. And demons could be stored in them when they’re weakened and that’s what happened him. Randy thought THe Fiend was gone but he was just in the box and he needed some time. And now he’s salivating at the thought of destroying Randy Orton at WrestleMania. Alexa says Randy’s mistake was thinking he could play with fire, but now his biggest mistake is thinking he understands what he’s up against. She lets us in on a little secret…at WrestleMania the Legend Killer dies. She then uses the Jack-In-The Box and the camera pulls back to show The Fiend sitting beside her on the swings.

Drew McIntyre is backstage and he storms into the locker room. Drew asks them to bring it because they can earn a title match at WrestleMania. Nobody looks at him and Drew says they’re all a disgrace because even ten years ago he would have jumped at this opportunity. Drew berates them for being soft, sitting on their phones. Drew gets in Braun’s face and tells him he’s a waste of potential but Braun says after he deals with Shane he’ll come for him. McIntyre grabs Humberto Crrillo and throws him across the locker room.

Drew then approaches Riddle, who says Sheamus is a full meal, so he doesn’t need it. Angel Garza hits McIntyre from behind and Drew throws him over a couch. Drew Gulak looks to get involved but McIntyre headbutts him. Ricochet steps up and McIntyre says he’s known him a long time and he knows how bad he wants a shot. Asuka will be meeting Rhea Ripley after the break to sign their WrestleMania contract.

*Commercial Break*

Adam Pearce is in the ring and he introduces Rhea Ripley and Asuka to sign their WrestleMania contracts. Ripley says Asuka is only the current Champion but not for much longer. Asuka laughs and says Ripley is overconfident. Ripley agrees and says on her first night on RAW she was confident enough to challenge Asuka to a match at WrestleMania, and now she’s confident enough to tell her she will beat her. Rhea signs the contract, then slides it over to Asuka and she signs it also. Asuka speaks in Japanese, then says Ripley’s confidence is borrowed, not earned. Asuka starts to say Ripley isn’t ready but Rhea flips the table into Asuka’s face.

Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler come out with Reginald as Ripley stands over Asuka. Jax says she doesn’t know what’s worse, Ripley having the audacity to ask for a title match or Asuka accepting it. Baszler says Asuka should know better, considering all she’s done to her. Baszler says they’ve dominated the women’s division for a year and she’s already proven she can kick the Champion’s teeth out at any time. Baszler says she can’t wait to show Ripley what brutality really is. Ripley asks them what’s stopping them, then Jax challenges them to a tag match next week and Ripley accepts.

Ricochet is walking backstage and MVP stops him. MVP says he’s so happy to see Ricochet finally step-up and make a good business decision. Ricochet says this isn’t about Lashley and he thinks they’re both full of it. Tonight is about him proving he can beat Drew McIntyre because he doesn’t know when he’ll ever get another title show. Winner: Drew McIntyre

After the match McIntyre gets on the microphone and tells Lashley to stop getting others to do his dirty work for him and come out and grow a pair. Lashley comes out to the stage and MVP questions the logic as we head to the break.

*Commercial Break*

Lashley joins McIntyre in the ring and Drew tells him he can send as many people as he wants after him but he can’t prevent the inevitable. Lashley says he never needed help, he almost ended McIntyre’s career at Elimination Chamber and he should have. But that beating will pale in comparison to what he does at WrestleMania. Lashley tells Drew his time is up and now it’s the All Mighty era.

McIntyre says he knows how big and tough Lashley is and if he didn’t exist, Lashley would be the man. But he does exist. And tonight proved that Lashley is afraid of him. Lashley punches Drew and they trade shots. Lashley takes Drew down but McIntyre kicks him back. Lashley hits some knees and McIntyre fires back with a headbutt and knocks him down and out of the ring.

King Corbin runs in from behind and beats on McIntyre, hitting a back suplex and a sidewalk slam. McIntyre then forces Corbin backwards to the corner and this a belly-to-belly. McIntyre looks for a Claymore but Corbin hits Deep Six. Lashley rushes in to pick the bones and applies the Hurt Lock on Drew! Lashley holds Drew in the move until he passes out, and then applies it again but McIntyre is out. Lashley lifts his title and screams in Drew’s face as Corbin watches on. Mcintyre slowly starts to crawl away but Lashley lifts him and applies the Hurt Lock again until Drew is out, then poses with the WWE Championship.
