Booker T Pulls For WCW Referee’s WWE Hall Of Fame Induction

WWE’s Hall of Fame is mostly filled with pro wrestlers, but there’s also room for the right referee. Most of the time referees don’t get that much of a spotlight, but plenty of fans know Nick Patrick.

During his Hall of Fame radio show, Booker T pulled for Nick Patrick’s WWE Hall of Fame induction. He said that is is deserved and Patrick was always his “go to guy” as well. We’ll have to see if WWE listens.

“We were talking about referees. I think Nick Patrick should be in the Hall of Fame.  I think Nick Patrick, if anybody, he was always my go to guy.  I always needed Nick to referee my matches if I could get him.  He was always a guy I knew I could trust and make everything right even when I might have been slipping a little bit.  He could help me some.  At least 80% of my matches in WCW, Nick Patrick was the guy with the call every time.”

WWE is still revealing names for the class of 2021. Eric Bischoff, Molly Holly, Kane, and RVD have been announced so far. Perhaps WWE will also give Nick Patrick a call some time down the line to gauge his interest.
