Andrade was released from WWE without any non-compete clause. He also confirmed that he is talking to another company today. With ROH’s big 19th Anniversary pay-per-view going down on Saturday, fans are wondering if he might show up.
ROH recorded their pay-per-view last weekend during their television tapings. Fightful Select noted that “anything is possible in post-production,” but the show was filmed before WWE let him go.
Andrade’s status is interesting, and so is Thea Trinidad. She cannot sign with AEW right now because she signed another contract that won’t allow her to work for them. We’ll have to see how this situation pans out.
El Idolo is in talks to make his return to pro wrestling already. Odds are he won’t be showing up in ROH this weekend.
