Bobby Lashley On Surprising His Son With WWE Title

Bobby Lashley won the WWE Title on RAW during a night where he chased The Miz all night. Then the All Mighty finally pulled down the big W in the closing moments. Fans all over the world were watching, but his son had to be in bed for school the next day.

While speaking to 97.7 Max FM, Bobby Lashley revealed that he was able to surprise his son with the WWE Title the next day when he picked him up from school.

“I did try to keep it from him at first because RAW is on Monday and usually his mom usually lets him stay up for a little bit later, but he has to get some rest for school and everything like that. So, he did not get to see it that night. So when I came home on Tuesday I was able to pick him up from school and he didn’t even know I had the match. Then I pulled the title out and he was just like, ‘Oh God!’ That is awesome.”

It’s unclear if Bobby Lashley’s son heard about the big tile win during school that day. It would be pretty hard to not ask him about his dad’s WWE Title victory if you were one of his classmates. It was still a pretty special moment that Lashley got to share with his son as he celebrated nearly twenty years of hard work.
