RVD Says New WWE Special Will Make Fans Wonder Why He Hasn’t Been Brought Back

Rob Van Dam filmed a project for WWE Network that is set to debut in a few months. When that special drops, RVD says that fans will have a few questions.

While speaking to the DropKick Podcast, RVD gave a few teases about what his upcoming WWE Network special is going to be all about. Katie Forbes will also be featured throughout, and he said that fans are going to wonder why he’s not back in WWE.

“The Rob Van Dam show is going to be so f*cking good. People are gonna love it, I really enjoyed filming it. I might be done, I don’t know if I am right now but they’re still interviewing other people to get to know you via second hand perspective. We filmed some really cool sh*t. When people see it they’re gonna be amazed. They’re gonna be like why the f*ck isn’t RVD in the ring right now. It tells my story you know. I mean Katie’s in it a lot of course and they really showcase my story and what she is in my story.”

RVD could appear for WWE if they gave him a call. He is not bound to any contract right now after his deal with Impact Wrestling expired. We’ll have to see what’s next for him, because the 50-year-old former WWE Champion has proven in recent memory that he can still go in the ring.
