Soulja Boy drew a ton of attention when he capped of a multi-tweet rant by saying that the rap game is “faker than WWE.” This caused quite a stir within the pro wrestling community did not appreciate that at all. Big E is all about this beef.
Retribution’s T-Bar fired off at Soulja Boy over that comment. Gerald Brisco even offered to send Souja Boy to the hospital. Randy Orton probably drew the biggest reaction as he leveled Soulja Boy with two long tweets, followed by a back-and-forth with the rapper.
Big E was watching this Twitter controversy go down, while likely eating popcorn, and he’s 100% down for a real life Def Jam fighting situation.
If all these rapper versus wrestler beefs are a clever ploy to bring back a “Def Jam: Fight for NY” style game, I’m all in.
WWE could always dust off the Raw Underground set and make Soulja Boy vs Randy Orton a real thing in a WWE Def Jam Underground Fight. It wouldn’t fall in line with The Viper’s current storyline where he’s cursed and has some kind of evil doppelganger, but we’re willing to forget about that storyline with Alexa Bliss for this one. If anything, T-Bar and Gerald Brisco could be on stand-by and we’d pay money to see that go down as well.
