Cesaro Avoids Question About New WWE Contract

Cesaro is still fighting hard to make the biggest name he can for himself in WWE. A recent contract renewal ensures that the multi-time Tag Team Champion will be with Vince McMahon’s company for even longer.

Sports Illustrated recently spoke to Cesaro, and they asked him about his WWE contract. We have previously reported that he inked a new deal, but he didn’t want to talk about that. The Swiss Superman implied that public contract talks help lose the magic of wrestling, and he wants to preserve that bit he can.

“I’m not going to confirm or deny anything. To me, there needs to be a certain amount of mystery in wrestling. A lot of that magic gets lost, so I’ll let people talk. What is important to me is my work in the ring.”

Cesaro will continue working toward a top title opportunity in WWE, because that is what he feels he has earned. His Cesaro Section might consist of the fans at home, but plenty of them have flooded the Internet Wrestling Community in recent weeks as he gained a new spotlight.
