Bobby Lashley Wants To Become Double Champion In WWE

Bobby Lashley just dropped the WWE United States Title at Elimination Chamber and then he was thrust into the WWE Title picture. This was a big push for him into the main event scene, but he misses that U.S. Title as well.

As he spoke to Inside The Ropes, Bobby Lashley expressed a desire to win the WWE Title and then circle back around to the Original Bro. He said it would be “beautiful” if he could hold both the WWE Title and United States Championship at the same time, a goal he might pull for.

“You know, that would be beautiful. To win the WWE Championship and then go back and beat up Riddle and take the United States Championship – that would be huge. I never even thought about that. I’ve put all my focus towards The Miz at the time since I had that match. But, now that you say that, that might be something that we might have to sit down with The Hurt Business and decide if we want that title too. Because right now – like we’ve said many times before – we’re in for the gold, man. We’re trying to take them all.”

Riddle’s win at Elimination Chamber came without Bobby Lashley taking a pinfall. John Morrison was the man who actually lost the match. Lashley could be in line for a rematch if WWE executes that clause. We’ll have to see how his WWE Title match against The Miz turns out tonight on RAW.
