WWE Hall Of Famer Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts remains a legend in the world of professional wrestling. Fans still love to see him cut his psychological promos on AEW as he is currently managing Lance Archer.

Roberts’ health is a subject of concern over the years. Even last year, he had to pull out of an AEW show due to a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

While being interviewed by Inside The Ropes Wrestling’s Gary Cassidy, Roberts talked about his current physical condition. Roberts said that he has to be more aware about his physical wellbeing and is currently feeling better than before.

“You know, I’ve got some issues that I have to watch, but it’s getting better all the time because I did quit smoking. That’s really hard to do. I will be around for a long time; I have grandkids I want to hang out with now.”

“I want to make somebody else miserable, so have fun. Yeah, I’m doing much better.”

When Roberts was asked about possibly being more physically involved in AEW, he seemed more hopeful about that in the future.

“Probably. [He laughs] “You know, even though I shouldn’t. But if my health starts to get to a point where I feel like it’s safe, I definitely would, because I still love it. it’s hard to give it up, man, it really is.”

We certainly hope Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts gets healthier and is able to have a more hands-on involvement in his storyline with Lance Archer.
