Latest On AEW’s Interest In Signing Tessa Blanchard

Tessa Blanchard was released from Impact Wrestling as their World Champion, but is there interest from AEW to bring her onto their roster?

During the AEW Dynamite post-show, Tony Schiavone was asked a question about AEW signing Tessa Blanchard. Schiavone seemed to have the scoop on this situation as he informed fans that it’s not happening, at least, any time soon.

“Yes, I don’t think that’s happening. At least not anytime soon. I would have heard that.”

We’ll have to see if Tessa Blanchard signs with WWE. They gave her a very good look when she competed in the Mae Young Classic, but she ended up choosing Impact Wrestling instead. This is an interesting situation for Blanchard as she remains a top free agent who still has no company to call her home.
