Kevin Owens Gives Amusing Reply To Fan Suggesting Famous John Cena Tactic To Beat Roman Reigns

Kevin Owens challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at The Royal Rumble pay-per-view in a Last Man Standing match. Despite his best efforts, Owens was not able to win the match.

Unfortunately, the ending to the match was botched which saw Roman Reigns being handcuffed to a lighting rig by Owens. Reigns couldn’t get out of it in time so the referee just stopped counting.

A fan took to Twitter and told Kevin Owens that he should have used the same tactic John Cena used against Batista in a Last Man Standing Match back in 2010. Cena handcuffed Batista’s legs to the side of the ring to win the match.

Dude I handcuffed him to a lighting rig and they just stopped counting. Imagine if I had done that to him? A piano would have probably fallen on my head or something.

Kevin Owens is scheduled to take part in the Smackdown Elimination Chamber match, where the winner will get the chance to face Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.
