Joey Ryan’s name came up several times during the #SpeakingOut Movement. He outright denied all claims against him and said he has proof. Then he filed multiple multi-million dollar lawsuits against several people who came forward against him.

According to Heel By Nature, Ryan’s lawsuit against several of his accusers has been thrown out without prejudice. On February 10th, a judge ruled to dismiss Ryan’s case against three separate accusers. He was seeking $10 million in each lawsuit.

The judge stated that Joey Ryan did not “adequately responded to the OSC. It is well-established that a district court has authority to dismiss a plaintiff’s action due to her failure to prosecute and/or to comply with court orders.”

We are still waiting for a result from the lawsuit that Joey Ryan filed against Impact Wrestling. He requested a judgement in the wrongful termination lawsuit against the company, but he was not given one.

We also previously reported that a judge ruled against Allie Kat in a lawsuit against Ryan because she failed to respond to the complaint.
