Jim Cornette Calls Out AEW For Booking ‘Fetishes’ In Women’s Eliminator Tournament

Jim Cornette is very aware of the pro wrestling world around him. He knows that AEW has a Women’s Eliminator Tournament coming up, but he’s apparently not a fan of a new favorite in the tournament.

Maki Itoh grabbed a ton of attention when she introduced herself to AEW fans by tweeting out: “HELLO MOTHER F*CKERS!” Cody said that he wants her to win.

Itoh, who is only as classy as she wants to be, later tweeted out another photo of herself that said: I AM THE GOD OF LOVE AND PISS.” Jim Cornette saw that tweet, and it must have triggered something in him. He responded with much animosity while directing rage toward “twinkletoes,” which we can only assume is Kenny Omega in this instance.

Aaaand Twinkletoes gets another of his fetishes a job on TV while many talented pro wrestlers sit idle. Better brush up on being a deity of sh*t, cause she’ll be seeing plenty on AEW TV.

Not to ever be outdone, Maki Itoh replied back with a photo of herself and a melted chocolate bar. She dropped a reply in all-caps reading: “I AM DEITY OF SH*T.”

Jim Cornette has not responded to Maki Itoh yet. Odds are he’ll have plenty to say about her on his podcasts.

AEW will tape half of the Women’s Eliminator Tournament in Japan at the Ice Ribbon Arena. We will have to see how they mix in the presentation on AEW programming, but Maki Itoh has certainly gained a lot of attention.
