AEW Dynamite made its debut on TNT in October 2019, which led to NXT being aired on the USA Network as well. Since then the two shows have been competing in the Wednesday Night Wars. So far, Dynamite has managed to defeat NXT in ratings on most occasions.

Many would agree that competition is a recipe for success and it seems that is exactly what a WWE Hall Of Famer thinks as well.

Kurt Angle recently held another Q&A session on his Facebook page, where he was asked various questions from fans. During the session, one fan asked Kurt Angle what he thought of the competition between AEW and WWE.

Angle simply said that competition is always good and that the competition between AEW and WWE is very promising.

“I think it’s very promising. Competition is always good. It’s going to be interesting between WWE and AEW.”

Kurt Angle used to work as a producer in WWE until he was released by the company last year during the COVID-19 budget cuts. He is currently enjoying life outside of pro wrestling.
