Karrion Kross Being Groomed For ‘Fast Track’ To WWE Main Roster

WWE has a few Superstars in NXT who are destined to be much bigger stars on the WWE main roster. Lars Sullivan was in that category when he received a call-up, but things just didn’t work out for him. The company has their eye on Karrion Kross and there are high expectations for him.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the situation as it stands right now. He said that Karrion Kross is being “groomed” for a main roster spotlight while some other wrestlers in NXT might never received that opportunity.

“Karrion Kross is being groomed for the main roster. Roderick Strong, who can work rings around Karrion Kross, might never be on the main roster. It’s just how it is. They can’t wait to get Karrion Kross on the main roster. He has to get through whatever he’s getting through [in NXT] to get him there, but he’s on the fast track for that.”

It was noted how Karrion Kross’ separated shoulder slowed things down in a lot of ways, but he’s still on the fast track to get a main roster call-up. That will certainly happen before a lot of other NXT Superstars right now. Let’s just see how Vince McMahon decides to book Karrion Kross and what will happen with his proven partnership with Scarlett.
