WWE’s Current Plan For Carlito After Royal Rumble Return

Carlito showed up during the 2021 Royal Rumble pay-per-view as a surprise entrant in the match. He didn’t win, but this seems to have opened a bigger door for his return.

According to PW Insider, word going around backstage is that Carlito will make an appearance on RAW tonight. He is also getting a tryout to become a backstage producer.

Carlito was not included in Legends Night even though he was promoted. It’s unclear how long the company planned for his Royal Rumble return, but that absolutely isn’t the end of his return to WWE.

The 41-year-old Superstar commented after his Royal Rumble appearance to say that he was blown away by the reception. The Internet Wrestling Community certainly remembered Carlito, and how he spit in the face of people who don’t want to be cool.
