Judge Dismisses $500 Billion Lawsuit Against WWE That Claimed Company Uses ‘Sorcery’

Vince McMahon’s company has been the target of a few lawsuits during the company’s existence. One lawsuit was recently thrown out by a judge which is great news for WWE, because that fan wanted $500 billion.

A district judge in Florida has dismissed a lawsuit filed against WWE. According to Heel By Nature, this complaint was thrown out on January 29th and deemed frivolous. The judge said it would be a waste of public funds to carry on.

A fan named Cedric Cunningham filed this complaint on January 25th, and it didn’t take the judge long to take care of it.

The lawsuit alleged that WWE uses sorcery to degrade millions of viewers with their television broadcasts. It claimed emotional distress, cruel and unusual punishment, and discrimination in the filing.

Now WWE doesn’t have to deal with this lawsuit anymore. It was thrown out, and no further action will need to be taken on the company’s part to disprove that Vince McMahon uses sorcery against the WWE Universe.
