Adam Pearce was taken down by Roman Reigns, but then Kevin Owens was able to make the save. Scrap Daddy still wasn’t on the blue brand’s show as Sonya Deville acted as an authority figure stand-in. Last night’s SmackDown was a bit of a chaotic event, and Pearce noticed.

WWE might have booked SmackDown to break into chaos because it reflects the atmosphere of the Royal Rumble match itself. Adam Pearce was unable to stop the madness this week, and he commented on how things went down.

We’ll have to see if Adam Pearce makes his presence known at the Royal Rumble. It stands to reason that if he shows up then he will be involved in Roman Reigns’ match against Kevin Owens since there is still unfinished business there. This could be a very interesting road to WrestleMania.
