Brock Lesnar has not been seen on WWE television since WrestleMania 36, where he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. Lesnar is currently not contracted to the company.

Eric Bischoff recently spoke to Sportskeeda, where Bischoff was asked if he had any interest in becoming the manager for a WWE Superstar.

This led to Bischoff talking about the partnership between Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. Bischoff said that Brock Lesnar is one of the best in-ring workers in pro wrestling history, especially given Lesnar’s size.

Bischoff added that there is no other heavyweight champion who is better than Lesnar in terms of credibility and technical skill. However, Brock Lesnar lacked in the promo skills department, which is why Paul Heyman became so crucial for him.

“Take Brock Lesnar, for example. There isn’t anybody better inside of the ring, especially given his size and everything else; there isn’t a better heavyweight champion in the world in terms of credibility and technical skill, and the ability to do amazing things in the ring. However, Brock Lesnar’s strength wasn’t necessarily his microphone skills and that’s where Paul Heyman came in.”

“Paul Heyman could tell a story in a much more effective, entertaining, and dramatic way than Brock Lesnar could. So, having Paul Heyman as the advocate, as he likes to be called, for Brock Lesnar makes a tremendous amount of sense.”

Paul Heyman is currently the manager for Roman Reigns, who has seen great success since their pairing.
