Rey Mysterio Returning For Big WWE SmackDown Main Event Match TONIGHT

WWE SmackDown will bring another show to FOX this week, and they waited until just about an hour before the show to announce the main event of the night.

We already know about two title matches going down tonight, but the main event on SmackDown tonight will have immediate Royal Rumble implications. They will determine who will face Roman Reigns on January 31st.

WWE announced a Universal Title Gauntlet Match for night. The participants will be Daniel Bryan, King Corbin, Shinsuke Nakamura, Sami Zayn, and the returning Rey Mysterio. We haven’t seen Mysterio since Seth Rollins’ hiatus started.

Kevin Owens’ absence is quite noticeable in this instance. We will have to see how that pans out.
