Randy Orton and Edge’s rivalry through 2020 won the Slammy Award for best feud of the year. That intense program between The Viper and Rated R Superstar included a lot of history with their two matches. Some fans panned Orton and Edge’s WrestleMania encounter, but if you ask Jinder Mahal it’s impossible for Orton to have a bad match.

Ringside News exclusively reported how Randy Orton has evolved into a locker room leader. Click here for that in-depth report.

While recently talking to Wrestling News, Jinder Mahal brought up Randy Orton and he praised him in the process. He said it’s impossible for Orton to have a bad match on top of being the most gifted athlete he’s ever shared the ring with.

“Randy Orton. He’s just super knowledgeable, so relaxed, no stress. Randy you can’t have a bad match with. He is the most gifted athlete I’ve ever been in the ring with.”

Randy Orton’s veteran ability made him someone that WWE can rely on to bring home any angle. He is also very good at performing heartless actions, including setting his opponent on fire.

Orton and Mahal might meet again someday. The Modern Day Maharaja is still out of action with an injury, but you can never count out a surprise return. If they do wrestle again then we’ll know just how much Jinder Mahal is enjoying himself.
