Kenny Omega Lost AEW World Title After Holiday Bash Taping

AEW Holiday Bash will air next week after the NBA game concludes on TNT. They taped the show already, and it seems like an event worth staying up to watch. After the show was over, the fun carried on in the ring.

According to the leaked spoilers from Redditor SpaceForce1, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks offered a spot in The Elite to Brodie Lee Jr after the show was over. This was Brodie Lee’s actual 8-year-old son.

Then the Dark Order came out and they started a brawl. This whole thing led to Brodie Lee Jr winning the AEW World Title. Brodie Lee Jr made Omega tap out to a rear naked choke. Then Justin Roberts announced Brodie Lee Jr as the new AEW World Champion.

This was a fun spot, and not an official title change. The Elite used to invite children in the ring all the time for a fun spot. That practice stopped when crowds went away.

It was noted that this segment could have been filmed for some kind of YouTube content, but it was definitely a lot of fun for Brodie Lee Jr.
