The NWA has lost some talent in recent memory, and now another big piece to their backstage puzzle is leaving the organization. Maureen Tracy announced that she is departing from the National Wrestling Alliance.

Tracy was the Director of Operations for the NWA. This was a bit of a shocking announcement as the NWA recently announced a new weekly “Shockwave” program. She thanked the company for the challenges, and now she’s on to her next adventure.

Tomorrow is my last day with NWA. I am so thankful for all of the amazing people I got to meet. I am also thankful for how challenging this position was, personally & professionally, as it allowed me to grow & be a better me. Now it’s onwards & upwards to the next adventure!

Ricky Starks, who left the NWA for AEW, noted on Twitter that: “Let it be known this lady is the heart of NWA. No one else. No one has done more than her.”

Maureen Tracy will certainly be missed in the NWA. We’ll have to see where that next adventure takes her.
