Braun Strowman Blown Away By His Own Physical Transformation

Braun Strowman entered the WWE Universe with a black sheep mask on, and he was much heavier. The Monster Among Men is now a much leaner wrestler with ripped abs, but it didn’t come easy.

Strowman was blown away when a fan put two photos together showing his amazing five-year physical transformation. On an Instagram post, Strowman said he is even leaner now as the most recent photo was taken six weeks ago. He also noted how much happier he is by being healthier.

“Wow is all I can say!!! A fan put these two photos together — the one on the left is me when I debuted on the main roster [and] the one on the right is me 5 years later [about three weeks ago, I’m even leaner now]. It’s pretty amazing to see how Braun Strowman has transformed in front of our eyes. Sometimes it’s hard to tell how much progress someone has made when you see them every week. Those two photos certainly tell an impressive story.
