According to PW Insider, what was first believed to have been a knee issue, is actually a groin or abdomen tear. At this time Heath is still waiting the official diagnosis.

This is terrible timing for an injury, just as Rhino’s win in the Call Your Shot match also meant that Heath has a contract with Impact Wrestling now. Hopefully, he won’t be on the shelf for too long.
