Last night on NXT, Pat McAfee returned to the spotlight in a big way as he helped Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch capture the NXT Tag Team Championship.

The former punter turned broadcaster seems to be taking on the role of a manager for the time being, but as we all know, he’s also capable of doing a job in the ring as a competitor.

One man who knows all about what Pat is capable of is none other than his former TakeOver opponent Adam Cole.

Whether it be through The Undisputed Era or Cole himself, you’d have to imagine this rivalry is far from over just yet – and that has to be good news given how much McAfee overperformed in his debut bout.
