AEW Hinting At New Singles Feud

AEW has a lot of angles in the pipeline and they have apparently been teasing a new program for Shawn Spears and Scorpio Sky in recent weeks.

During AEW Dynamite this week, Scorpio Sky ran into Shawn Spears as SCU was making their way to the ring for their match this week. Spears looked at Sky and said: “Good luck.”

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Shawn Spears and Scorpio sky are about to have a feud, or at least they are building toward a match. The two have been involved with each other on Dark and it translated to Dynamite this week.

“They’re teasing something between those two and evidently it’s gonna pay off because they don’t do stuff and forget it unlike WWE where they could do that and you’d go, ‘oh it’s leading somewhere,’ and then it never pays off.”

Scorpio Sky has all the tools he needs to become a singles star. They teased that already, and SCU is still together. Perhaps SCU will prove that it isn’t necessary to break up their stable in AEW in order for their members to have a successful singles career.
