Ivar Shows Off X-Ray Of His Surgically Repaired Neck

Ivar of the Viking Raiders was injured during a routine dive to the outside. His neck had a lot of wear and tear before then, and that was all it took to require surgery. He’s already on the road to recovery, but it will be a long one.

WWE has sent plenty of Superstars to Dr. Andrews’ Sports Medicine. Ivar received the best care possible and he was all smiles for a picture with his surgeon as they put out a post on their social media along with their well wishes.

Ivar replied to the tweet saying: “Little over a week post surgery, the road to recovery has begun!!! I can’t say Thank you enough to everyone for all the love and support, it has been unbelievably humbling. Better, Stronger, Healthier here I come!”

WWE is using Erik in the meantime, but until Ivar returns it seems that the Viking Raiders team is on ice. We’ll have to see what the status is when it’s time for the big man’s return to action.
