Fabian Aichner and Raul Mendoza took on Danny Burch and Roderick Strong this week on NXT. That match featured 1/2 of four different tag teams. The winning team’s representatives were said to get a future tag team match against each other for a #1 contender spot.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that while the names of Superstars who test positive for coronavirus are secret, it’s not hard to tell that this match was influenced by the positive tests.

We’ll have to see if any names of Superstars who tested positive for coronavirus are publicly released. The company doesn’t like to do that at all. In fact, they have reported sent down word banning Superstars from disclosing the results of such a test. There seemed to be a lack of full tag teams to go around NXT this week.
