Mickie James Allegedly Injured During WWE RAW Women’s Title Match

You never know what can happen when you step inside the squared circle. Something definitely went wrong during the RAW Women’s Title match this week.

The referee called for the bell in a very strange way to close the RAW Women’s Title match. The announcer was instructed to say that Mickie James could no longer continue.

Mick Foley tweeted out that he heard James injured her shoulder during that big match. This could explain the quick and awkward ending.

I’m hearing that @MickieJames may have injured her shoulder in tonight’s #Raw match – which would explain the quick ending to the match. If true, I’m wishing Mickie a quick and complete recovery…and hoping she gets another shot at the title.

It was a real shame for Mickie James’ RAW Women’s Title opportunity to end in such a fashion. We’re hoping that things are okay in this situation.
