WWE is currently schedule to hold WrestleMania 37 on March 28th, 2021, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. A scheduling conflict is already causing the company some serious issues. It could also be a big indication that WWE has already changed their plans about next year’s show of shows.
Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE already made plans to hold off on WrestleMania in SoFi Stadium. WWE planned to use the Staples Center for NXT TakeOver, Raw, and SmackDown. Now that building has been booked for the nights previously thought to be reserved for NXT TakeOver and SmackDown.
The music group Grupo Firme booked the Staples Center during the week of WrestleMania. They announced those dates in August.
Grupo Firme have the Staples Center reserved, and they are already selling tickets for March 26th and March 27th. Both of those concerts will reside in the space previously thought to be for WWE events.
The WWE Hall Of Fame is set to be at the Los Angeles Convention Center along with the Axess festivities. All of those plans were made pre-pandemic.
