Update On Matt Hardy’s Condition After Scary AEW ALL OUT Spot

At ALL OUT, Matt Hardy faced his nemesis Sammy Guevara in a BROKEN Rules Match. During the match, Hardy had a scary moment when he and Guevara fell onto a table from atop a scaffold and Hardy accidentally hit his head on the floor.

The match had to be paused before the Doctor Samson gave them the green-light to resume. Reby Hardy was extremely furious at her husband and AEW for letting something like this happen. After the match, Hardy was sent to hospital for treatment.

On Saturday Night Special #21 (Transcription via Ringside News), Chris Jericho addressed Hardy’s situation and gave a brief update on him. Jericho assured the fans that Hardy is alright now but he was “knocked for a loop” for sure.

Jericho admitted that the segment could have been better and things didn’t pan out according to their plans.

Matt is okay, by the way. But he was knocked for a loop for sure. That obviously didn’t pan out the way that we wished it could have.

Matt Hardy has had a difficult run in AEW so far. This is the second scary spot he’s been involved in during his feud with Guevara.

Hardy’s family and his fans were all concerned for his well being last night and we hope that AEW will stop having such spots in the future.
