Damian Priest Wins WWE NXT North American Title At NXT TakeOver: XXX

WWE stacked a huge show for NXT TakeOver: XXX. Bronson Reed vs Damian Priest vs Cameron Grimes vs Johnny Gargano vs Velveteen Dream took place with the NXT North American Title on the line. Fans were guaranteed a new champion.

This was a high energy match with plenty of big spots. There were many close calls including one moment when Velveteen Dream almost got to the title, but Bronson Reed launched him over the barricade.

Suddenly, just as it looked as if Gargano was winning the match, Damian Priest climbed up and took the title from him to win.

Damian Priest is now the NXT North American Champion. This marks his first title reign under the WWE umbrella.
