The Rock and his partners are buying the XFL. No plans have been revealed for when the league is coming back, but The Rock dropped a big indication that things are in motion to eventually revive the league.

Renee Young lost a gig with FS1 when WWE Backstage was cancelled. She’s apparently looking to spread her reach out into the football world now.

Young tweeted out asking if she should send in her resume and headshots. The XFL is coming back and they could always use a good sideline reporter.

Soooooo @TheRock bought the @xfl2020 ?!?! Leave it to this man to keep making [poo emoji] happen during a pandemic!

Should I DM my headshot and resume to become a sideline reporter?

The Rock knows talent, and Renee Young might be hard to pass up. We’ll have to see what they can work out with her WWE schedule.

The XFL is in strange territory now that The Rock is part owner of Vince McMahon’s twice closed football league.
