AEW had fans lined around ringside far before WWE had the same appearance with their developmental stars at the Performance Center. The energy at ringside is helped dramatically by those people at ringside, but is AEW telling people what to say?

Fightful recently spoke to Ricky Starks who revealed that AEW does not script anything for their audience to yell. He stated that the crowd isn’t given any instruction at all.

Starks added that he also doesn’t think that giving them instructions would work in this environment. It is simply how they are natually reacting to the show.

WWE’s live crowd had a much different situation. They never had scripted lines handed down to the crowd from writers, but Kevin Dunn has made his presence known by yelling at the “fans” over a loud speaker in the WWE Performance Center.
