Two Top WWE Superstars Reportedly ‘Part Of The Writing Team’

WWE has many departments backstage, but it’s possible to play roles in different facets of the company. If a WWE Superstar has enough clout and ability they can also take part in various parts in the creative process.

Edge and Daniel Bryan have great ideas and are passionate about their characters’ directions. They are also valuable entertainers as top WWE Superstars. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that they have stepped in the writers room as well.

It was reported that Edge and Daniel Bryan are both regarded as part of the writing team at this point. They are said to have “significant creative influence.”

Edge on Raw and Daniel Bryan on SmackDown both have significant creative influence. The term I was given is they were part of the writing teams of the respective shows right now.

Edge is currently out of action, but his opinion is obviously weighed when discussing his storylines. It’s unclear if Daniel Bryan and Edge are pitching ideas for different Superstars, but it wouldn’t be impossible to imagine that they would share a good idea if they had one.

We previously reported that WWE is already penciling in a big match for Edge at WrestleMania. It’s very likely he had a big hand in figuring out that match.
