Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are back in Impact Wrestling now, but there was a time when Triple H could have still used them in NXT.

The Good Brothers are getting a focus in Impact Wrestling right off the bat, but the same wasn’t true for WWE. There were months when neither Anderson nor Gallows were used. Triple H saw their potential which he made clear.

During the Countdown To F#cktown Special, Gallows admitted that Triple H told them that if WWE wouldn’t use them then NXT could.

“It’s probably policy that he can’t [message us] I don’t think he would have said ‘fire them’ because he told us before that ‘if they’re not gonna use you up here I’ll use you in NXT.’ It think he saw the value in us where we had been and what we had done and veteran brothers and stuff like that. I think that, but who knows? It’s wishful thinking.”

We’ll never know what kind of difference the Good Brothers could have made in NXT. They could have certainly been able to teach those NXT Superstars a lot by just being able to work with them for a small amount of time.

We’ll have to see what the Good Brothers decide to do for the long-term, but neither of them are leaving Impact Wrestling for two years. They also have a deal in their Impact contracts that allows them to work for NJPW as soon as those dates open up again.
