Mike Bennett Tweets About Being Targeted For Speaking The Truth

WWE released a lot of Superstars on April 15th and today is the day that they celebrate their independence day. They didn’t miss the 4th of July by much. Mike Bennett is happy about today and he is very optimistic about his future as well. It still came with trials and tribulations.

The former Mike Kanellis tweeted out a string of bad things that people “will” do to you. All of these bad things will happen, but “you must always speak the truth.”

They will vilify you. They will call you bitter. They will say you are ungrateful. They will tell you to shut your mouth and just appreciate what you got. They will attack you personally. They will say nasty things about your family. But you must always speak your truth.

One fan asked Mike if he’s ready for a new chapter. He replied saying that he was ready for his new chapter two years ago. He also admitted to making a “wrong decision” a year ago which we can only assume was signing another contract with WWE.

I was ready 2 years ago for a new chapter. I made the wrong decision a year ago, because I thought it was the best decision for my children. They are and will always be my first priority.

We’ll have to see where Mike Bennett ends up next. He is enjoying his sobriety and his family at home. The pro wrestling world is opening back up which will also provide him with more options. He certainly seems determined to make a lot of noise wherever he goes and he’s not going to apologize about it either.
