AEW Was Missing A Few Regular Faces This Week

AEW couldn’t use Tony Schiavone during Fight For The Fallen because his COVID-19 test didn’t come back in time. There were reportedly others that the company had issues with who could not be their either.

All of AEW’s advertised matches for Fight For The Fallen took place as planned. Some people who are usually in the crowd were strangely missing.

Billy Gunn and Austin Gunn were not in the crowd this week during AEW Dynamite. Penelope Ford was also not there when she is routinely in the crowd as reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

We’ll have to see when the Gunn Club and Penelope Ford make a return. Hopefully their absence isn’t an indication that something else is going on with them.

AEW tests all individuals before they are allowed entry into Daily’s Place. They have been very careful with this situation as to not risk bringing any coronavirus infection into their bubble at all costs.
