Britt Baker Wants A Shot At Cody Rhodes’s TNT Championship

Cody Rhodes successfully defended his TNT Championship against Sonny Kiss at last night’s Fight For the Fallen event. Rhodes and Kiss had a great battle but the challenger came short at dethroning the champion.

After the event, Rhodes took to his Twitter to praise Kiss’s performance on Fight For The Fallen. He said that he looks forward to their next “dance” and that there will be another Open Challenge next week on Dynamite.

Open challenge next week…who will it be?

Surprisingly enough, Dr. Britt Baker DMD responded to Cody’s tweet and revealed that she wants a shot at Rhodes’ title. Baker tagged her assistant Rebel and Tony Schiavone in the tweet.

It will be interesting to see if AEW goes ahead with a singles Intergender match for the TNT Championship. Tony Khan has said in the past that he is not too big about Intergender Matches but the company has since done one Mixed Tag-Team match that had many moments of Intergender wrestling.
