Shayna Baszler’s Presentation Is Likely To Change On WWE RAW

Shayna Baszler surprised the WWE Universe with her return this week on RAW. This was very interesting timing considering a pay-per-view is this Sunday.

Baszler cut a promo where she promised brutality for the champions in WWE as she gives them a dose of reality. She said that the weak-minded women’s champions are running around and fooling themselves under the delusion that they’re in control.

Dave Meltzer explained on Wrestling Observer Radio (transcription by Ringside News) that Shayna Baszler’s promos are now being handled by “the real writers.” Since Paul Heyman is no longer around things have changed for The Queen Of Spades’ character.

“She was a project of Paul Heyman before Vince took her off TV and then they put her back on TV and you know, she’s back with the real writers. It’s a big difference.”

Vince McMahon soured on Shayna Baszler, but he brought her back to television this week. He might not have the luxury of being too picky right now considering their light roster availability.

We’ll have to see what’s next for Shayna Baszler, because they didn’t make things 100% clear this week on RAW before she left.
