Kairi Sane Says She Is Ready For Asuka

Last night on RAW, Kairi Sane and Asuka came up short in their attempt to dethrone Sasha Banks & Bayley as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

It was an exciting match but in the end, they were unable to get the job done – ensuring that the reign of the best friends will continue. Now Bayley and Sasha can wrestle Trish and Lita.

On RAW Talk after the show, though, something even more intriguing went down as Kairi Sane seemed to politely ask Asuka for a RAW Women’s Championship match if she retains her belt at Extreme Rules.

Kairi was asked if she is ready for Asuka, which she said she is, and she would consider it an honor to face her. Time could be running out for this match though.

There have been many rumors out there suggesting that Sane could leave WWE sooner rather than later so that she can head back over to Japan to be with her family.

If that does turn out to be true, then there’s no better way to send her off than by having her challenge Asuka for the belt in what would surely be one of the best women’s matches in recent memory.
