WWE’s Plans For The IIconics ‘Renewed Push’ Revealed

The IIconics were kept off television for a long time. Their return to television brought tears to their fans’ eyes, but what is WWE planning?

Some fans erroneously thought that Peyton Royce’s marriage to AEW star Shawn Spears might hurt them backstage. That is not the case at all.

Peyton Royce pulled off a win over Ruby Riott during Raw this week. She executed a new finisher in the process. This caught a lot of attention.

Ringside News has learned that the IIconics have a new finishing move, but the name of this move has yet to been revealed. It was also noted that their return to television might not be the push that some fans are hoping for.

It was told to us that “I don’t know if you’d call it a renewed push.” They are on television once again, but they might “just be in the picture now.”

Organic reactions are hard gauge in a world with zero paying fans. The NXT crowd in the Performance Center could cheer in different ways than those fans who have a different connection with Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.

None of this is to say that WWE will be letting The IIconics disappear again. They might not be in any title picture as they were upon their post WrestleMania return. At least the plan is for them to remain on television.
