Dolph Ziggler was moved over to RAW from SmackDown. It was a sudden move that some fans didn’t see coming. Most assumed he was still in a feud with Otis.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Dolph Ziggler admitted that he didn’t ask for a move to RAW. He did agree that his program with Otis was over. Since live events are done they don’t have additional time with each other to develop more chemistry.

Dolph Ziggler is on RAW and placed right in at WWE Title program. In the end, he understands the move.

I didn’t pitch this [move to RAW], but I feel like [the program between] myself and Otis had kind of run its course. I really liked working with Otis, Mandy and Sonya. If this were the old days and we were going five days a week and doing live events, we would have had even more chemistry and a really special thing. In this day and age, where it’s just a TV show in a closed studio, as young superstars, they came along very quickly. But I don’t know where else we could go with that, so I completely understand the move to Raw.

Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre have history. They were able to pick things up the moment the Show Off made the jump back to the red brand.

We’ll have to see what happens next with Otis. He is still Mr. Money In The Bank waiting in the wings with Mandy Rose by his side.
